Who I am
This website, khaledabdelwahab.com, is operated by Khaled Abdelwahab in Ontario, Canada. I provide pricing training, advice for owner-run businesses, and career coaching, independently of my employer. I am responsible for how personal information is handled on this site.

What I collect
When you use the contact form or email me, I collect your name, email address, and the message you send. The site may also collect basic technical information, such as your browser type, pages visited, and cookie data. See my Cookie Policy for details. 

Why I collect it
I use your information only to reply to your message, to discuss possible work together, and to run and secure this website. I don't sell your information.

Who can see it
Your message is delivered to my email. Service providers that host and operate the site, such as my web host and email and website plugins, may process information on my behalf. I don't share your information with others unless you ask me to, or the law requires it.

How long I keep it
I keep messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable record of our conversation. If we don't work together, I'll delete your information if you ask me to delete it.

Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing info@khaledabdelwahab.com. I'll respond as soon as I reasonably can.

Email
I will not add you to a mailing list unless you clearly agree to it. If I offer a newsletter in future, you'll be able to unsubscribe at any time.

Security
I use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website or email is completely secure.

Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
